Mike has worked in the real estate industry for more than 26 years. He began as the founding Licensee with the Real Estate Plus Group in Midland more than 20 years ago. Mike’s passion and focus is on Commercial and Industrial, Sales, Leasing and Management as well as both Residential and Commercial Strata Management. In December 2015, Mike fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own business and purchased Real Estate Plus Commercial and Industrial with his wife Sam. With over 200 commercial properties under management we are well placed to advise both owner occupiers, developers and investors through the investment process. Mike has combined his passion for real estate and public speaking with tremendous results as a Real Estate Auctioneer.

Samantha has been a teacher for more than 25 years. In December 2015 she and her husband, Mike Palmer purchased Real Estate Plus Commercial and Industrial. The last 4 years have provided her with an exciting and rewarding challenge of learning the ‘ins and outs’ of the real estate industry. Her role includes accounting, property management, human resources and marketing. Sam has extensive experience dealing with people and experiencing the satisfaction of helping them to solve problems. She is taking pride with bringing her organisational skills to the day to day running of the business. Sam is currently completing her Diploma of Property. Outside of work, Sam and Mike have started their own investment property portfolio and can certainly appreciate things from a landlord’s perspective. Sam is the proud and busy mother of two beautiful boys. She enjoys taking her gorgeous dog for long walks and getting her family out and active in the sun.
